E = mc2

E is for energy, m is for mass, and c is the speed of light (an enormous number of 299 792 458 m/s.)

This Einstein equation shows that energy is directly proportional to mass.

And because of the vast speed of the light, a small amount of mass releases an explosion of energy.

If I can release all the energy in my body, I would explode with the force of more than 30 hydrogen bonds.

You should be thankful as physics does not allow this to happen.

Not yet anyways, muahaha!
